(20) Der grösste amerikanische Ausführer hat, ebenso wie insbesondere zwei Bisphenol-Endabnehmer in der Gemeinschaft, nämlich Scado NV und Hoechst Holland NV, Niederlande, geltend gemacht, daß die Einführung eines endgültigen Antidumpingzolls auf Einfuhren von amerikanischem Bisphenol die Möglichkeiten der Bisphenolversorgung für die Abnehmer - die auch Harze herstellen - einschränken und in dieser Hinsicht eine solche endgültige Entscheidung den Interessen der Gemeinschaft zuwiderlaufen würde.

20. The principal United States exporter asserted, as did two Community end-users of bisphenol SCADO NV and Hoechst Holland NV, Netherlands, that the imposition of a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of United States bisphenol would limit the supply possibilities of the consumers - which are also manufacturers of resins - and that in this respect such a definitive decision would be contrary to the interest of the Community.

(20) Le principal exportateur américain a fait valoir, comme l'ont fait notamment deux utilisateurs finals communautaires de bisphénol, Scado NV et Hoechst Holland NV, Pays-Bas, que l'imposition d'un droit anti-dumping définitif à l'encontre des importations de bisphénol américain limiterait les possibilités d'approvisionnement des consommateurs - qui sont également fabricants de résines - et que, en ce sens, une telle décision définitive serait contraire aux intérêts de la Communauté.

(20) Il principale esportatore americano e due utilizzatori finali del bisfenolo nella Comunità Scado NV e Hoechst Holland NV, Paesi Bassi, hanno dichiarato che l'istituzione di un dazio antidumping definitivo nei confronti delle importazioni di bisfenolo originario degli Stati Uniti limiterebbe le possibilità di approvvigionamento dei consumatori, i quali sono anche fabbricanti di resine, e pertanto una decisione definitiva in questo senso sarebbe contraria agli interessi della Comunità.
