مواصلة تعزيز حقوق الإنسان؛ ودعم فرض المساءلة حيال احترام وتنفيذ الأحكام المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان الأساسية الواردة في الدستور الأفغاني وكذلك في القانون الوطني والدولي لفائدة جميع المواطنين الأفغان، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بحقوق المرأة والطفل المرتبطة بقرارات مجلس الأمن؛ والقيام بأنشطة الدعوة لدى جميع أطراف النزاع بهدف حماية المدنيين وفقا للقانون الدولي الإنساني، مع رصد الحالة؛

Continue to promote human rights; support accountability towards and the implementation of the fundamental human rights provisions of the Afghan Constitution as well as national and international law for all Afghan citizens, especially with regard to the rights of women and children linked to Security Council resolutions; advocate with all parties to the conflict for the protection of civilians in accordance with international humanitarian law and monitor the situation;

Seguir promoviendo los derechos humanos; apoyar la rendición de cuentas y el cumplimiento respecto de las disposiciones fundamentales de derechos humanos de la Constitución del Afganistán, así como del derecho nacional e internacional en favor de todos los ciudadanos afganos, especialmente en relación con los derechos de las mujeres y los niños, en consonancia con las resoluciones del Consejo de Seguridad; abogar por que todas las partes en el conflicto protejan a los civiles, de conformidad con el derecho internacional humanitario, y seguir de cerca la situación;
