ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية أنه يجري النظر في امكانية الاستجابة في وقت قصير جدا وتوفر فرص متكررة لمعاودة رصد الموقع، والقدرة على ارسال البيانات في وقت قريب من الوقت الحقيقي الى محطات الاستقبال القريبة من المنطقة التي جرى تصويرها، والقدرة على حيازة بيانات في كل أحوال الطقس ليل نهار، وامكانية الوصول الى هذه البيانات على نطاق عالمي، وذلك في اطار تبين احتياجات النظام وهندسته
