ونحن نطالب بالوقف الفوري لهذه الأعمال العدوانية المعادية الموجهة ضد المدنيين في الكويت وباحترام السلامة الإقليمية للكويت وعدم انتهاك حدوده وفقا لقرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة والقانون الدولي

We demand that these hostile acts of aggression directed towards the civilian population of Kuwait desist immediately and that the territorial integrity and inviolability of Kuwait's borders be respected in accordance with all relevant Security Council resolutions and international law
