يحق للناقل أن يحصل من الطرف المسيطر على ضمانة تغطي مقدار ما يتوقع الناقل نشوءه من نفقات إضافية أو هلاك أو تلف في سياق تنفيذ أي تعليمات بمقتضى هذه المادة.

The carrier is entitled to obtain security from the controlling party for the amount of additional expense, loss or damage that the carrier reasonably expects will arise in connection with the execution of an instruction pursuant to this article.

El porteador podrá exigir a la parte controladora que le proporcione una garantía que cubra los gastos adicionales, la pérdida o el daño que el porteador razonablemente prevea que pueda producirse por causa de la ejecución de las instrucciones que reciba en el marco del presente artículo.
