The position of the United Kingdom with regard to the consideration of the question of the Falkland Islands (Malvinas) by OAS was stated in a note verbale dated 5 June 2007 from the Permanent Observer of the United Kingdom to OAS to the Chair of the General Assembly of OAS (see A/61/1024, annex).
