وإن قدرا هاما من التعاون مع منظمة الدول الأمريكية ومصرف التنمية للبلدان الأمريكية تم في إطار اللجنة الثلاثية، التي توفر في إطارها المنظمات الثلاث جميعها الدعم التقني لإنشاء منطقة التجارة الحرة للأمريكيتين.
