In Tokyo, in November 2000, the Special Representative addressed and participated in a workshop, on “Children and armed conflict: reintegration of former soldiers in the post-conflict community”, organized by the Government of Japan, Search for Common Ground and the Foundation for Advanced Studies in International Development.
