In September 2004, the Committee held a joint in-depth discussion with the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) on the contribution of strategic planning to housing and urban planning policies. It also considered the modalities for the preparation of a UNECE study on spatial planning at the local level.

En septembre 2004, le Comité a tenu avec l’Association internationale des urbanistes (AIU) un débat approfondi sur la contribution d’une planification stratégique aux politiques du logement et de l’urbanisme, et s’est penché sur les modalités d’élaboration d’une étude de la CEE sur l’aménagement de l’espace au niveau local.
