Mit einer Gefängnisstrafe von sechs Monaten bis drei Jahren und einer Geldstrafe von zweihundert bis zwanzigtausend Euro oder nur einer dieser beiden Strafen wird der Vertrieb oder Verkauf einer oder mehrerer gültiger Eintrittskarten für ein Fußballspiel bestraft, sofern entweder ein Verstoß gegen das Ausgabesystem vorliegt, das gemäß den durch oder aufgrund des vorliegenden Gesetzes definierten Anwendungsbedingungen eingerichtet worden ist, oder der Verkauf beziehungsweise Vertrieb ohne vorherige ausdrückliche Erlaubnis des Veranstalters erfolgt und dabei die Absicht, den Ablauf des nationalen oder internationalen Fußballspiels zu stören, oder eine Gewinnerzielungsabsicht verfolgt wird.

The distribution or sale of one or more valid tickets for a football match shall be punished with a prison term of six months to three years and a fine of two hundred to twenty thousand euros or only one of these two penalties, provided that there is a violation of the issuing system, which has been established in accordance with the terms of use defined by or subject to this law, or the sale or distribution is carried out without prior express permission from the event organiser and the intention is to disturb the course of the national or international football match or to make a profit.
