(1) Erfüllen die in Artikel 61 genannten Organisationen nicht mehr die Voraussetzungen für die Befreiung von den Eingangsabgaben oder beabsichtigen sie, die abgabenfrei eingeführten Waren, Ausrüstungen und Materialien zu anderen als den nach diesem Artikel begünstigten Zwecken zu verwenden, so haben sie die zuständigen Behörden davon zu unterrichten.

1. Organi sations referred to in Article 61 which cease to fulfil the conditions giving entitlement to relief, or which are proposing to use goods and equipment admitted duty-free for purposes other than those provided for by that Article, shall so inform the competent authorities.
