وفيما يتعلق بانتهاك الحق في الحصول على محاكمة عادلة، ينوه الفريق العامل إلى أن الحكومة لم ترفض، أو حتى تناقش، في ردها الوقائع والادعاءات الواردة في البلاغ، لا سيما تلك المتصلة بالأسباب التي أدت إلى القبض على الدكتور سون واحتجازه وإدانته، وتلك المتعلقة بتفاصيل وقائع المحاكمة

With regard to the violation of the right to a fair trial, the Working Group notes that, in its reply, the Government did not reject or even discuss the facts and allegations contained in the communication, particularly those concerning the reasons for the arrest, detention and conviction of Dr. Son and those concerning the details of the trial proceedings
