본 발명에 따른 무선통신 시스템에서의 하이브리드 듀플렉싱 운영 방법은, 동일 셀 내에서 기지국과 사용자 단말 간에 듀플렉싱 모드로서 시분할 듀플렉싱(TDD) 모드 또는 주파수 분할 듀플렉싱(FDD) 모드로 서로 통신하며, 상기 셀은 TDD 모드에 상응하는 TDD 영역과 FDD 모드에 상응하는 FDD 영역으로 구분되고, 사용자 단말의 위치 정보와 상기 사용자 단말과 기지국 간의 트래픽의 정보를 획득하는 단계; 및 상기 사용자 단말이 상기 TDD 영역과 상기 FDD 영역의 경계인 TDD 경계를 이동하는 경우 상기 트래픽의 특성에 따라서 상기 사용자 단말에 대한 듀플렉싱 모드를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
