ولاحظت لجنة خبراء منظمة العمل الدولية المعنية بتطبيق الاتفاقيات والتوصيات أن لجنة حقوق الطفل أعربت عن قلقها إزاء تقارير مفادها أن السلطات تجند الأطفال بالقوة للمشاركة في النزاعات المسلحة، وبخاصة في أفغانستان وفي جامو وكشمير(49).

The ILO Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations (ILO Committee of Experts) observed that CRC expressed its concern that there were reports of children being recruited forcibly to participate in armed conflicts, especially in Afghanistan and in Jammu and Kashmir.
