ويجرى نداء الأسماء حسب الترتيب الهجائي الانكليزي لأسماء الدول المشاركة في اجتماع الدول الأطراف، ابتداء بالوفد الذي يسحب الرئيس إسمه بالقرعة.

The roll-call shall be taken in the English alphabetical order of the names of the States participating in the Meeting of the States Parties, beginning with the delegation whose name is drawn by lot by the President.

La votación nominal se efectuará siguiendo el orden alfabético inglés de los nombres de los Estados participantes en la Reunión de los Estados Partes, comenzando por la delegación cuyo nombre sea sacado a suerte por el Presidente.

L'appel se fait dans l'ordre alphabétique anglais des noms des États participant à l'Assemblée des États parties, en commençant par la délégation dont le nom est tiré au sort par le Président.
