The weekly rate of pay referred to in paragraph (c) shall be: (i) for a full-time officer, the officer’s weekly rate of pay on the day immediately preceding the commencement of maternity or parental leave without pay; for an officer who has been employed on a part-time or on a combined full time and part-time basis during the six (6) month period preceding the commencement of maternity or parental leave without pay, the rate obtained by multiplying the weekly rate of pay in subparagraph (i) by the fraction obtained by dividing the officer’s straight time earnings by the straight time earnings the officer would have earned working full time during such period.

Le taux de rémunération hebdomadaire mentionné à l’alinéa c) sera : (i) dans le cas de l’officier à temps plein, son taux de rémunération hebdomadaire le jour qui précède immédiatement le début du congé de maternité ou du congé parental non payé; dans le cas de l’officier qui travaillait à temps partiel pendant la période de six (6) mois précédant le début du congé de maternité ou du congé parental non payé, ou une partie de cette période à plein temps et l’autre partie à temps partiel, le taux obtenu en multipliant le taux de rémunération hebdomadaire mentionné au sous-alinéa (i) par la fraction obtenue en divisant les gains au tarif normal de l’officier par les gains au tarif normal qu’il ou elle aurait reçus s’il ou elle avait travaillé à plein temps pendant cette période.
