From the two factors mentioned above, Thai economy is likely to show the positive growth for the first time in 2009. The crucial supportive factors and important conditions are as follows. The recovery of export: The expected growth of the world economy in the fourth quarter and the low base effect will support high growth in export sector, which is likely to show positive sign in the first time in the previous four consecutive quarters.

ประกอบกับฐานเศรษฐกิจที่ต่ําในช่วงเดียวกันของปีที่ผ่านมา จะส่งผลทําให้เศรษฐกิจไทยในไตรมาสสุดท้ายของปีมีการขยายตัวเป็น บวกเป็นครั้งแรกในรอบปี ทั้งนี้ปัจจัยสนับสนุนและเงื่อนไขที่สําคัญสําหรับการฟื้นตัวในไตรมาสสุดท้าย มีดังนี้ การฟื้นตัวของการส่งออก จากการคาดการณ์ภาวะเศรษฐกิจโลกในไตรมาสสุดท้ายของปียังมีแนวโน้มขยายตัวต่อเนื่อง ประกอบกับการส่งออกที่หดตัวมากในช่วงเดียวกันปีที่แล้ว จะเป็นปัจจัยสนับสนุนให้ภาคการส่งออกของไทยมีอัตราการขยายตัวเป็นครั้งแรกในรอบสี่ไตรมาส
