يشير إلى أن الفقرة 1(ز) من المقرر 123 توعز إلى الأمين التنفيذي أن يتولى، نيابة عن حكومة دولة الكويت، وعملاً بتفويض السلطة الذي لا رجوع فيه والمرفق بالمقرر 123، صرف ذلك الجزء من مبلغ التعويض المستحق لصاحب المطالبة من الفئة "جيم" وقدره 010 173 دولارات، بالصورة التي حددتها اللجنة الثنائية بمقتضى المبادئ التوجيهية؛

Recalls that paragraph 1 (g) of decision 123 directs the Executive Secretary to make payments on behalf of the Government of the State of Kuwait, pursuant to the irrevocable delegation of authority annexed to decision 123, to the Palestinian Authority of the portion of the award of compensation in the amount of USD 173,010 to which the category “C” claimant is entitled, as determined by the bilateral committee under the guidelines,

Recuerda que en el apartado g) de la decisión 123 se encomienda al Secretario Ejecutivo que, teniendo en cuenta la delegación irrevocable de autoridad que figura como anexo a la decisión 123, haga efectivo a la Autoridad Palestina en nombre del Gobierno del Estado de Kuwait el pago de la parte de la indemnización de 173.010 dólares de los EE.UU. a que tiene derecho el reclamante de la categoría "C", según lo dispuesto por el comité bilateral con arreglo a las directrices;
