Nach Absetzen der Infusion sinkt die Formaldehydkonzentration sowohl im Plasma als auch in den Erythrocyten rasch ab; nach 60 min ist im Plasma kein Formaldehyd und in den Erythrocyten noch 0,2 mg-% auffindbar.
