Im Mittelpunkt dieser Aussprache steht daher Ziffer 37. In diesem Zusammenhang und in Übereinstimmung mit der Fraktion der Europäischen Volkspartei (Christdemokraten) und europäischer Demokraten, der Sozialdemokratischen Fraktion im Europäischen Parlament und der Fraktion der Allianz der Liberalen und Demokraten für Europa habe ich heute Morgen einen Kompromissänderungsantrag eingebracht.
