على أن اللجنة تلاحِظ مع القلق ارتفاع النسبة المئوية للنساء العاملات لحساب الذات أو المستخدَمات في القطاع غير المنظَّم حيث يفتقرن إلى الحماية القانونية والضمان الاجتماعي، إضافة إلى ارتفاع معدّل البطالة بين صفوف النساء ووجود ثغرة أجرية بين الجنسين في القطاعين العام والخاص على السواء.

The Committee, however, notes with concern the high percentage of women who are self-employed or employed in the informal sector, where they lack legal protection and social security; the high unemployment rate among women; and the gender pay gap in both the public and private sectors.

Sin embargo, el Comité observa con preocupación el elevado porcentaje de mujeres que trabajan por cuenta propia o que trabajan en el sector no estructurado, donde carecen de protección jurídica y seguridad social; la elevada tasa de desempleo de las mujeres; y la diferencia salarial tanto en el sector público como en el privado.

Le Comité est toutefois préoccupé par le pourcentage élevé de femmes, qui exercent une activité indépendante ou travaillent dans le secteur informel, dépourvues de protections juridique et sociale; par le taux de chômage élevé chez les femmes et par les écarts salariaux entre les sexes dans les secteurs public et privé.
