(3) Bei den dieser Richtlinie unterliegenden Zubereitungen müssen gefährliche Stoffe nach Absatz 2, die aufgrund ihrer Wirkungen als gesundheitsgefährdend und/oder umweltgefährlich eingestuft sind, unabhängig davon, ob sie als Verunreinigung oder Beimengung vorhanden sind, berücksichtigt werden, wenn ihre Konzentration die in der nachstehenden Tabelle festgelegten Werte erreicht oder übersteigt, es sei denn, in ►M8 Anhang VI Teil 3 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 ◄ oder in Anhang II Teil B oder in Anhang III Teil B der vorliegenden Richtlinie sind niedrigere Werte festgelegt und in Anhang V der vorliegenden Richtlinie ist nichts anderes bestimmt.

3. For preparations covered by this Directive, dangerous substances as referred to in paragraph 2 which are classified as dangerous on the basis of their health and/or environmental effects, whether they are present as impurities or additives, shall be taken into consideration when their concentrations are equal to, or greater than, those defined in the following table unless lower values are given in ►M8 Part 3 of Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 ◄ , or in Part B of Annex II to this Directive or in Part B of Annex III thereto, unless otherwise specified in Annex V to this Directive.

(3) Azon készítmények esetében, amelyekre ezen irányelv vonatkozik, a (2) bekezdésben említett anyagokat, amelyek az egészségre és/vagy a környezetre gyakorolt hatásaik alapján minősülnek veszélyesnek, függetlenül attól, hogy ezen anyagok szennyeződésként vagy adalékanyagként kerülnek a készítménybe, akkor kell figyelembe venni, amennyiben tömegszázalékos koncentrációjuk egyenlő vagy nagyobb, mint a következő táblázatban meghatározott értékek, kivéve ha a ►M8 1272/2008/EK rendelet VI. mellékletének 3. része ◄ vagy ezen irányelv II. mellékletének B. része vagy III. mellékletének B. része alacsonyabb értékeket ad meg, és ezen irányelv V. melléklete nem rendelkezik másként.

(3) Pentru preparatele prevăzute în prezenta directivă, substanțele periculoase menționate la alineatul (2) și clasificate ca periculoase datorită efectelor lor asupra sănătății și asupra mediului, indiferent că sunt prezente sub formă de impurități sau de aditivi, trebuie să fie luate în considerare atunci când concentrația lor este egală sau superioară celei stabilite în tabelul de mai jos, dacă nu sunt stabilite valori inferioare în ►M8 partea 3 din anexa VI la Regulamentul (CE) nr. 1272/2008 ◄ , în anexa II partea B sau în anexa III partea B la prezenta directivă, cu excepția cazului în care există dispoziții contrare prevăzute în anexa V la prezenta directivă.
