إن المغرب يدين كل هذه الممارسات التي تشكل انتهاكا صارخا لقرارات الشرعية الدولية وقواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني، بما فيها اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة وكذلك كل مواثيق وعهود حقوق الإنسان.
