A base station comprises a base station reception part for receiving information which is transmitted from a wireless terminal by using a shared slot and which informs that a predetermined event has occurred in the wireless terminal, a base station transmission/reception management part for determining the number of random slots assigned as random slots for transmitting band request information based on the predetermined event among the random slots in a random access section on the basis of the occurrence of the predetermined event received by the base station reception section, and a base station transmission part in which the base station transmits information on the assigned random slots to the wireless terminal.

Une station de base comprend une partie réception de station de base servant à recevoir des informations qui sont transmises depuis un terminal sans fil à l'aide d'un intervalle partagé et qui informent qu'un événement prédéfini s'est produit dans le terminal sans fil, une partie gestion de transmission/réception de station de base servant à déterminer le nombre d'intervalles aléatoires attribués en tant qu'intervalles aléatoires pour transmettre les informations de demande de bande sur la base de l'événement prédéfini parmi les intervalles aléatoires dans une section d'accès aléatoire sur la base de l'apparition de l'événement prédéfini reçu par la section réception de station de base, et une partie transmission de station de base dans laquelle la station de base transmet des informations sur les intervalles aléatoires attribués au terminal sans fil.
