وتساءل المقرر الخاص عن إمكانية إصدار الحكومة تقريرا شاملا بشأن الكيفية التي جرى بها الاستفتاء، وفقا لما أوصي به في تقريره إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان، وكان الرد هو أن جميع المعلومات المتعلقة بالاستفتاء قد جرى نشرها بالفعل.

The Special Rapporteur asked about the possibility of the Government issuing a comprehensive report on how the referendum had been held, as recommended in his report to the Human Rights Council, and the response was that all information concerning the referendum had already been released.
