الرئيس: قال إنه إذا لم يسمع اعتراضا فسيعتبر أن المجلس يرغب في اعتماد مشروع التقرير في مجمله على أساس أن المقرر سيضعه في الصيغة النهائية بالتشاور مع أصدقاء المقرر في أقرب وقت ممكن بعد اختتام الدورة.

The PRESIDENT said that, if he heard no objection, he would take it that the Board wished to adopt the draft report as a whole on the understanding that the Rapporteur would finalize it in consultation with the Friends of the Rapporteur as soon as possible after the closure of the session.
