وفي تنفيذ هذا الاتفاق، تقوم فييت نام بتبادل المعلومات من خلال مكتب تبادل المعلومات في سنغافورة التابع لاتفاق التعاون الإقليمي وتقوم بتطوير أشكال أخرى من التعاون مع الدول الأعضاء فيه.
