على غرار الآخرين، أود أولا أن أشكر الأمين العام على تقريره الشامل (S/2012/133)، ولا سيما الممثل الخاص للأمين العام، يان كوبيتش، على إحاطته الاعلامية والعمل الممتاز الذي يقوم به وفريقه في ظل ظروف صعبة حقا.

Like others, I would first like to thank the Secretary-General for his comprehensive report (S/2012/133), and in particular Special Representative of the Secretary-General Ján Kubiš for his briefing and for the excellent work that he and his team are doing under truly difficult circumstances.
