(2) Bei Traubensäften und -mosten der KN-Codes 2009 60 und 2204 30, bei denen die Anwendung der Zölle des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs vom Einfuhrpreis des Erzeugnisses abhängt, wird die Richtigkeit dieses Preises entweder durch eine für jede einzelne Sendung vorgenommene Kontrolle oder anhand eines pauschalen Einfuhrwertes überprüft, der von der Kommission auf der Grundlage der Preisnotierungen der betreffenden Erzeugnisse in den Ursprungsländern berechnet wird.

2. For juice and musts falling within CN code 2009 60 and 2204 30 for which the application of the Common Customs Tariff duties depends on the import price of the product, the actual amount of this price shall be verified either by checking every consignment or be using a flat-rate import value calculated by the Commission on the basis of price quotations for the same products in the countries of origin.

(2) Az 2009 60 és a 2204 30 KN-kód alá tartozó levek és mustok esetében, amelyeknél a Közös Vámtarifa vámjának alkalmazása a termék importárától függ, ennek az árnak a tényleges összegét vagy minden egyes szállítmány megvizsgálásával, vagy behozatali átalányérték alkalmazásával kell ellenőrizni, amelyet a Bizottság az ugyanazon termékeknek a származási országban jegyzett ára alapján számít ki.
