Mindful of the provision of paragraph # of resolution # regarding disarmament, I continue to believe that the disarmament of Hizbullah and other militias should take place through a Lebanese-led political process that will bring full restoration of the authority of the Government of Lebanon over all its territory so that there will be no weapons without the consent of the Government of Lebanon and no authority other than that of the Government of Lebanon
