Cypern udpeger bl.a. fra de institutioner, der er omhandlet i artikel 4, eller fra andre organisationer på deres område, et "nationalt knudepunkt", hvis opgave det er at forestå koordineringen og/eller udsendelsen af de oplysninger, som på nationalt plan skal tilsendes agenturet og andre institutioner og organer, som indgår i Eionet, herunder de temacentre, der er omhandlet i artikel 6.

Zypern benennt insbesondere unter den in Artikel 4 genannten Stellen oder sonstigen Einrichtungen in seinem Hoheitsgebiet eine "innerstaatliche Anlaufstelle", die mit der Koordinierung und/oder Weitergabe der Informationen beauftragt ist, die im Inland der Agentur und den dem Eionet angeschlossenen Stellen oder Einrichtungen, einschließlich der in Artikel 6 genannten themenspezifischen Ansprechstellen, zu übermitteln sind.

Η Κύπρος ορίζει ειδικότερα μεταξύ των οργάνων που αναφέρονται στο άρθρο 4, ή μεταξύ άλλων οργανισμών που είναι εγκατεστημένοι στο έδαφός της, ένα "εθνικό κομβικό σημείο" που θα είναι επιφορτισμένο με το συντονισμό ή/και τη διαβίβαση των πληροφοριών που παρέχονται σε εθνικό επίπεδο στον οργανισμό και στα όργανα ή στους φορείς που αποτελούν μέρος του Εionet, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των θεματικών κέντρων που αναφέρονται στο άρθρο 6.

Cyprus shall in particular designate from among the institutions referred to in Article 4 or from among other organisations established in its territory a "national focal point" for coordinating and/or transmitting the information to be supplied at national level to the Agency and to the institutions or bodies forming part of the Eionet, including the topic centres referred to under Article 6.
