يُتوقع أن يتحقق الهدف المتوخى في حال امتثال الدول لقرارات مجلس الأمن وتعاونها مع فريق الخبراء، بشرط عدم عرقلة تحقيقات الفريق.

The objective would be achieved on the assumption that States comply with the resolutions of the Security Council and cooperate with the Panel of Experts and provided that the investigations of the Panel are not hindered.
