رحب المجلس مع الارتياح بالتدابير التي اتخذتها الحكومة الرواندية، بدعم من المجتمع الدولي، لإعادة العائدين من أفراد القوات الديمقراطية لتحرير رواندا إلى رواندا، وفقا للقواعد المنطبقة في القانون الدولي مع احترام حقوق وحريات الإنسان.

The Council has welcomed with satisfaction the measures taken by the Government of Rwanda, with the support of the international community, to repatriate FDLR members returning to Rwanda, in conformity with the applicable norms of international law and respecting the rights and freedoms of the human person.
