تشجع المقررة الخاصة على مواصلة دراسة طرق ووسائل تخطي العقبات القائمة أمام الحماية الكاملة والفعالة لحقوق الإنسان للأشخاص الذين ينتمون لهذه المجموعة الكبيرة الضعيفة، بما فيها العقبات والصعوبات التي تعترض عودة المهاجرين الذين ليست لديهم الوثائق اللازمة أو الذين هم في وضع غير قانوني، طبقاً لولايتها الواردة في قرار لجنة حقوق الإنسان 1999/44؛

Encourages the Special Rapporteur to continue to examine ways and means of overcoming existing obstacles to the full and effective protection of the human rights of persons belonging to this large vulnerable group, including obstacles and difficulties for the return of migrants who are undocumented or in an irregular situation, in conformity with her mandate as contained in Commission on Human Rights resolution 1999/44;

Alienta a la Relatora Especial a que continúe examinando los medios necesarios para superar los obstáculos a la protección plena y efectiva de los derechos humanos de las personas pertenecientes a este importante grupo vulnerable, en particular los obstáculos y las dificultades para el regreso de los migrantes que no poseen documentos o se encuentran en una situación irregular, en cumplimiento de su mandato, que figura en la resolución 1999/44 de la Comisión de Derechos Humanos;
