حينما يتعين على المسافر، بعد الانتهاء من يوم عمل كامل، السفر ليلا بسبب مقتضيات العمل لاستئناف العمل و/أو المشاركة في اجتماع هام في مكان آخر في صباح اليوم التالي أو فور وصوله، يمكن أن تعتبر الرحلة في هذه الحالة من الرحلات الشاقة.

Where a traveller, after completing a full day of work, is required, owing to the exigencies of service, to travel through the night in order to resume work and/or attend a high-profile meeting in another location on the following morning or immediately upon arrival, such a case might be deemed as an arduous journey.
