Por ello, el Gobierno congoleño considera que actos como los que han enlutado a los Estados Unidos de América y al mundo democrático tratan de hacer retroceder años a la humanidad y que los problemas del mundo de hoy no pueden resolverse ni se resolverán mediante actos terroristas
