The main body (2) comprises: an excreta-storing unit (20) for vacuum-suctioning the excreta in the excreta-receiving unit (10) through the excreta suction line (61) and storing the suctioned excreta; a filter unit (30) connected to the excreta-storing unit (20) to purify the suctioned air; an excreta suction unit (40) connected to the filter unit (30) to provide suction force for vacuum-suctioning the excreta, and to supply a portion of the air purified by the filter unit (30) to the mounting (1) through the cleaning air supply line (63) and discharge the rest of the air to the outside; and an air discharge unit (70) having an air inlet port (71) for the inflow of air from the excreta suction unit (40), an air outlet port (72) for discharging the introduced air to the outside, and air filter members (74a, 74b) for filtering the air being discharged.

이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명은, 환자의 배설물을 받기 위한 배설물 수용부(10)가 구비된 장착구(1)와 상기 장착구(1)의 배설물을 진공 흡인하여 저장하고 세정하기 위한 제어를 수행하는 본체(2)로 이루어진 자동 배설물 처리 장치에 있어서, 상기 장착구(1)에는 배설물 흡입라인(61)과 세정공기 공급라인(63)이 연결되고; 상기 본체(2)는, 상기 배설물 수용부(10)의 배설물을 상기 배설물 흡입라인(61)을 통해 진공 흡인 후 저장하는 배설물 저장부(20)와, 상기 배설물 저장부(20)에 연결되어 흡인되는 공기를 정화하는 필터부(30)와, 상기 필터부(30)에 연결되어 상기 배설물을 진공 흡인하기 위한 흡인력을 제공함과 아울러 상기 필터부(30)에서 정화된 공기 중 일부를 상기 세정공기 공급라인(63)을 통해 상기 장착구(1) 측으로 순환 공급하고 나머지 공기를 외부로 배출하기 위한 배설물 흡인부(40)와, 상기 배설물 흡인부(40)로부터 공기가 유입되는 공기유입구(71)와 상기 유입된 공기를 외부로 배출하기 위한 공기배출구(72)와 상기 배출되는 공기를 여과하기 위한 공기여과부재(74a,74b)가 구비된 공기배출부(70)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
