فإسرائيل، بامتلاكها ترسانة هائلة من الأسلحة النووية وأسلحة الدمار الشامل الأخرى، واستمرارها في احتلال الأراضي العربية وشن الحروب على الدول العربية تكريسا لسياستها العدوانية والتوسعية، ورفضها المستمر الانضمام إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية كدولة غير حائزة للسلاح النووي، وإخضاع جميع منشآتها وأنشطتها النووية لنظام الضمانات الشامل للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، تهدد أمن المنطقة والعالم.

Israel, by possessing a huge arsenal of nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction, by its continuing occupation of Arab territories, by waging war on Arab States that entrenches its expansionist and aggressive policies against Arab States, and by its continued refusal to adhere to the NPT as a non-nuclear-weapon State and to subject all its nuclear activities to the comprehensive regime of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), threatens the security of the region and the world.
