وتقرر المادة 145 أن المحكمة الدستورية العليا تنظر وتبت في دستورية القوانين وفقاً لما ورد في الفقرات 1 و2 و3 من المادة المذكورة.

Article 145 stipulates that the Supreme Constitutional Court shall examine and rule on the constitutionality of legislation in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of that article.
