(2) Vorrang haben Investitionen in die Wasser- und Energieversorgung, die Abfallwirtschaft, den lokalen Zugang zur Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie, den lokalen Zugang zu Straßen, die von besonderer Bedeutung für die lokale Wirtschaftsentwicklung sind, sowie in den Brandschutz, wo dies aufgrund der Gefahr von Waldbränden gerechtfertigt ist.

Priority shall be given to investments in water and energy supply, waste management, local access to information and communication technologies, local access to roads of particular importance for local economic development, and, fire protection infrastructures where justified by the risk of forest fires.

(2) Elsőbbséget kell biztosítani a következő beruházásoknak: víz- és energiaellátás, hulladékgazdálkodás, informatikai és távközlési technológiákhoz való helyi hozzáférés, a helyi gazdasági fejlődés számára különös fontossággal bíró utakhoz való hozzáférés és tűzvédelmi infrastruktúrák, amennyiben azt az erdőtüzek kockázata indokolja.

(2) Se acordă prioritate investiţiilor în domeniul furnizării apei şi energiei, al gestionării deşeurilor, al accesului la nivel local la tehnologiile informaţiei şi comunicaţiilor, al accesului la nivel local la drumurile de importanţă deosebită pentru dezvoltarea economică locală şi al infrastructurilor de protecţie împotriva incendiilor în cazul în care acest lucru e justificat de riscul unor incendii forestiere.
