يقوم مجلس الوزراء في جمهورية أوزبكستان في غضون شهرين باتخاذ مقرر عن التدابير المتعلقة بإنشاء مرافق المؤسسات الخاصة اللازمة لاحتجاز المدانين بعقوبة السجن المؤبد أو السجن لمدة طويلة وإجراء التحضيرات لاستخدامها، فضلا عن الإجراءات المتعلقة بتمويل هذه المؤسسات وتدريب الموظفين العاملين فيها

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall, within two months, adopt a decision on measures for the construction and preparations for the use of facilities of the specialized institutions necessary for the detention of convicted offenders sentenced to life imprisonment or long prison terms, as well as the procedures for financing these institutions and the training of personnel to work in them

El Gabinete de Ministros de la República de Uzbekistán aprobará en un plazo de dos meses una disposición sobre las medidas necesarias para construir y acondicionar el complejo de instalaciones especializadas necesarias para albergar a los condenados a cadena perpetua o a períodos prolongados de privación de libertad, así como sobre la forma de financiación de dichas instalaciones y la preparación de su personal
