وأوصت منظمة التضامن المسيحي العالمي أيضاً بوتان بتعديل التدابير المنصوص عليها في المادة 7(4) من الدستور والمادة (5(ز)) من قانون المنظمات الدينية والمادة 463 ألف من القانون الجنائي، المتعلِّقة بإجبار الغير على تغيير دينيهم، لضمان أن تكون أية قيود على الحق في حرية الدين أو المعتقد متطابقة مع القيود المنصوص عليها في المادة 18(3) من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

CSW further recommended that Bhutan should amend the measures against compelling others to change their religion in article 7(4) of the Constitution, article 5(g) of the Religious Organizations Act, and section 463A of the Penal Code, to ensure that any limitations on the right to freedom of religion or belief were consistent with the limitations provided in article 18(3) of the ICCPR.

CSW recomendó además a Bhután que modificara las medidas que prohibían compeler a otros a cambiar de religión con arreglo al artículo 7, párrafo 4, de la Constitución, el artículo 5 g) de la Ley de organizaciones religiosas, y el artículo 463A del Código Penal, para que toda limitación del derecho a la libertad de religión o de creencias fuera compatible con las limitaciones establecidas en el artículo 18, párrafo 3, del Pacto Internacional de Derechos Civiles y Políticos.

CSW recommande de son côté au Bhoutan de réviser les mesures prises contre le fait de contraindre autrui à changer de religion énoncées au paragraphe 4 de l’article 7 de la Constitution, au paragraphe g) de l’article 5 de la loi relative aux organisations religieuses et dans la section 463A du Code pénal, de sorte que toutes les limitations à la liberté de religion ou de conviction soient conformes à celles prévues au paragraphe 3 de l’article 18 du Pacte international relatif aux droits civils et politiques.

ВОХС также рекомендовала Бутану скорректировать меры по борьбе с попытками принуждения других лиц к смене религии, прописанные в статье 7(4) Конституции, статье 5 g) Закона о религиозных организациях и в разделе 463А Уголовного кодекса, с целью обеспечения соответствия любых ограничений права на свободу религии или убеждений ограничениям, предусмотренным в статье 18(3) Международного пакта о гражданских и политических правах.

世界基督教团结会还建议不丹修订《宪法》第7条第4款、《宗教组织法》第5条(g)项和《刑法典》第463A节中禁止勉强他人改变宗教信仰的措施,确保对宗教或信仰自由权施加的任何限制均符合《公民权利和政治权利国际公约》第十八条第3款所规定的限制。
