وفي هذا الصدد فإن الجماهيرية العربية الليبية ينبغي أن تستمر في تلقي المساعدة الدولية لمساعدتها على الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب البند ألف من قائمة التدابير الإشارية والتي يمكن أن يتخذها مؤتمر الأطراف بحق عدم الامتثال.

In that regard, the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya should continue to receive international assistance to enable it to meet its commitments in accordance with item A of the indicative list of measures that may be taken by a Meeting of the Parties in respect of non‐compliance.
