Während das Kliff zwischen dem Ort Kloster und dem Nordufer des westlichsten Steilufervorsprungs (Hucke) wegen des Baus einer drei Meter hohen Schutzmauer weitgehend inaktiv ist, kommt es im mittleren und nördlichen Teil häufig zu Erdrutschen und Abbrüchen, hier wird das Ufer weiterhin durch Abrasion zurückgeschnitten.

Whilst the cliff between the village of Kloster and the north shore of the westernmost bluff (Hucke) is largely inactive due to the construction of a three-metre-high retaining wall, there are often landslides and collapses in the central and northern areas.
