تطلب أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن ينقل هذا القرار إلى رؤساء المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والوكالات المتخصصة وصناديق الأمم المتحدة وبرامجها التي تضطلع بأنشطة ذات صلة بشؤون المحيطات وقانون البحار، مع لفت انتباه هذه الجهات إلى الفقرات التي لها صلة خاصة بها، وتؤكد على أهمية قيامها بتقديم مدخلات مهمة في الوقت المناسب لتقرير الأمين العام عن المحيطات وقانون البحار، ومشاركتها في الاجتماعات والعمليات ذات الصلة؛

Also requests the Secretary-General to bring the present resolution to the attention of heads of intergovernmental organizations, the specialized agencies and funds and programmes of the United Nations engaged in activities relating to ocean affairs and the law of the sea, drawing their attention to paragraphs of particular relevance to them, and underlines the importance of their constructive and timely input for the report of the Secretary-General on oceans and the law of the sea and of their participation in relevant meetings and processes

Pide también al Secretario General que señale la presente resolución a la atención de los jefes de las organizaciones intergubernamentales, los organismos especializados y los fondos y programas de las Naciones Unidas que lleven a cabo actividades relacionadas con los asuntos oceánicos y el derecho del mar, señalando a su atención los párrafos que sean particularmente relevantes para ellos, y destaca la importancia de su aportación constructiva y oportuna al informe del Secretario General sobre los océanos y el derecho del mar y de su participación en las reuniones y procesos pertinentes
