إن تنفيذ مبدأ المساواة في الحقوق مكفول بضمان تكافؤ الفرص للنساء مع الرجال للحصول على التعليم والتدريب المهني والمساواة في الحقوق فيما يتعلق بالعمالة والتعويض عن عملهم والتقدم في وظائفهم، وفي نشاطاتهم الاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية، وأيضا باتخاذ تدابير خاصة لحماية الأيدي العاملة وصحة المرأة.

Implementation of the principle of equal rights is ensured by guaranteeing women equal opportunities with men to obtain education and professional training and equal rights with regard to employment, compensation for their work and advancement in their careers, and in social, political and cultural activities, as well as by adopting special measures to protect the labour and health of women.
