28. begrüßt die Initiative des Europäischen Rechnungshofes, in seine Sonderberichte über die Agenturen eine Tabelle aufzunehmen, in der zusammenfassende Informationen über Zuständigkeiten, Verwaltungs- und Entscheidungsstrukturen ("Governance"), verfügbare Mittel sowie Lieferungen und Leistungen der jeweiligen Agentur enthalten sind; ist der Auffassung, dass damit die Klarheit und die Transparenz der Arbeit dieser Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen verbessert werden und gegebenenfalls eine nützliche Grundlage für einen möglichen Vergleich geschaffen wird, was auch dazu beitragen kann, den vom Parlament geforderten harmonisierten Rahmen für die Agenturen zu schaffen;

28. χαιρετίζει την πρωτοβουλία του Ελεγκτικού Συνεδρίου να προσθέσει στις ειδικές εκθέσεις του για τις Υπηρεσίες έναν πίνακα με συνοπτικές πληροφορίες σχετικά με τις αρμοδιότητες, τη διοίκηση, τους διαθέσιμους πόρους και το παραγόμενο προϊόν/έργο κάθε Υπηρεσίας· πιστεύει ότι με τον τρόπο αυτόν βελτιώνεται η σαφήνεια και η διαφάνεια του έργου αυτών των κοινοτικών οργανισμών, ενώ ταυτόχρονα προσφέρεται μια χρήσιμη βάση για συγκρίσεις, όπου αυτό είναι εφικτό, στην προσπάθεια να προωθηθεί η διαμόρφωση του εναρμονισμένου πλαισίου για τις Υπηρεσίες, όπως έχει ζητήσει το Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο·

Welcomes the ECA's initiative to add a table to its specific reports on the Agencies presenting summary information on the competences, governance, resources available and products/output of the particular agency; takes the view that this enhances the clarity and transparency of the work of these Community bodies, while providing a useful basis for comparison, where appropriate, with a view to helping set up the harmonised framework for the Agencies that Parliament has called for;

28. se félicite que la CCE ait pris l'initiative d'insérer, dans ses rapports spécifiques concernant les agences, un tableau donnant, à propos de l'agence considérée, des informations succinctes sur les points suivants: compétences, gouvernance, moyens mis à la disposition de l'agence et produits et services; estime que ces tableaux renforcent la clarté et la transparence du travail de ces organismes communautaires, tout en fournissant, le cas échéant, une base de comparaison utile dans la perspective de la mise en place du cadre harmonisé pour les agences demandé par le Parlement;

28. atbalsta Palātas iniciatīvu pievienot tabulu saviem īpašajiem ziņojumiem par aģentūru sniegto kopsavilkuma informāciju par konkrētās aģentūras kompetencēm, vadīšanu, pieejamajiem resursiem un darba rezultātiem; uzskata, ka tas veicinās šo Kopienas institūciju darba skaidrību un pārredzamību, atbilstoši nodrošinot noderīgu pamatu salīdzināšanai ar nolūku izveidot aģentūrām saskaņotu darbības ietvaru, ko ir prasījis Parlaments;

28. z zadowoleniem przyjmuje inicjatywę ETO, aby do jego szczegółowych sprawozdań na temat agencji dołączyć tabelę prezentującą sumaryczne informacje na temat kompetencji, zarządzania, dostępnych środków oraz produktów/wyników poszczególnych agencji; jest zdania, że poprawi to jasność i przejrzystość prac tych instytucji wspólnotowych, przy jednoczesnym zapewnieniu w odpowiednich sytuacjach użytecznej podstawy do porównań, z myślą o ułatwieniu określenia zharmonizowanych ram dla agencji, do czego wzywał Parlament;
