ثالثا، تقر اللجنة الاستشارية بأن للبعثة مسؤوليات إضافية في إطار ولايتها تتصل بدعم لجنة الحوار وتقصي الحقائق والمصالحة، ولكنها لا تعتبر أن جميع الوظائف المطلوبة لوحدة العدالة الانتقالية في قسم حقوق الإنسان قد جرى تبريرها تبريرا تاما؛ وهي توصي بعدم الموافقة على وظيفة واحدة برتبة ف-3 للوحدة.

Third, while the Advisory Committee recognized that UNOCI had additional responsibilities under its mandate to support the Dialogue, Truth and Reconciliation Commission, it did not consider that all the posts requested for the Transitional Justice Unit in the Human Rights Section had been fully justified and recommended against approval of one P-3 post for the Unit.

В-третьих, хотя Консультативный комитет признает наличие дополнительных обязанностей у ОООНКИ в соответствии с ее мандатом по поддержке Комиссии по диалогу, установлению истины и примирению, он не считает, что все должности, испрашиваемые для группы по вопросам правосудия переходного периода в рамках Секции по правам человека, полностью обоснованы, и рекомендует не утверждать одну из должностей на уровне С-3 для группы.
