ويكون على فعاليات المجتمع الوفاء بما عليها من التزامات، فإن لم تضطلع إحداها بالواجبات المقررة، تحركت آلية اللوم والعقوبة، بما يؤدي إلى اتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية أو تعويضية مناسبة.
