حينما تنقل المعدات من أحد المشاريع لتستخدم في مشروع آخر وتكون حسابات المشروع الذي تخلى عنها مفتوحة، تقيد القيمة المعقولة لهذه المعدات في السوق في الرصيد الدائن لحساب المشروع الذي يتخلى عنها وفي الرصيد المدين لحساب المشروع الذي يستلمها.

Where equipment is transferred from one project for use in another and the accounts of the releasing project are open, the fair value of such equipment shall be credited to the accounts of the releasing project and charged to the accounts of the project receiving the equipment.
